Shout out to Edward!!!!! Went out of his way to help with my headlights, A very respectful, knowledgeable young man, he was a blessing to me tonight ,Auto Zone is lucky to have him!!!! I was able to drive home safely and no risk of getting pulled over.

Terrible customer service, the young man would do nothing more but point in the direction of the items I was looking to purchase. After asking him to actually show me what coolant my vehicle called for he reluctantly walked to the end of the isle and pointed and said it's down there. Took my business to Napa and will do so from now on.

I went into Autozone and Spoke to Alex about purchasing some windshield wipers. Autozone at North Texas Avenue location. He was very helpful and I asked if he could install them for me. He said yes. Being a widow it is hard to find someone to help you out. Everyone is so busy these day. Thank you Alex

I visited to have my battery tested, and Kyle K. provided outstanding service. He quickly tested my battery, helped me find the perfect replacement, and efficiently installed it. I called to see if they had a product in stock before driving 20 minutes. They confirmed product was in stock. When I arrived, they had already pulled the item and had it waiting for me at the checkout counter.
