Absolutely the best service I have ever gotten. Normally I preform my own mechanical services, but since I turned 70 I decided to let someone else do the bigger items. They preformed the work very fast and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend B&B to everyone needing any work done on their vehicle. Thanks for a job well done.

I was very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. The repair was solid, done right the first time, and they even had it finished earlier than I was originally told. George was my service advisor and he kept me informed and made the process smooth and stress-free. Good communication, good service, and a shop I feel confident returning to.

I had worked on on my horn at B&B Auto in 2024, and when it stopped working again within 1,500 miles of the warranty, they got me in right away and took care of it, no hassle at all. Their inspection process is crazy amazing – they send clear videos, explain everything in plain English, and give an honest rundown of what looks great, what to keep an eye on, and what might need attention soon.
The electronic inspection report makes it super easy to review and even approve extra work right there from your phone if you want, but there’s never any pressure. Their customer service is top-notch. I used to be a diehard Saturn customer, when Saturn was alive and kicking, who always got the red carpet treatment, but honestly, B&B tops that. So glad my local mechanic (who doesn’t handle electrical work) recommended them – they’ve earned my trust for sure.

They are very nice and professional. They helped me figure out the problem within my engine too and suggest me to take it to dealership since it may qualify under warranty to help me save money too. I would highly suggest them for your auto service. Furthermore, they also left in the car a mini gift which brightened my day too.

Had called some other places late in the day as I had school and couldn’t go earlier, but was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen until next week. Then I called B&B and not only did they get me in that day, but they quoted me half of what I had been quoted elsewhere and threw in a free inspection that caught some issues I didn’t know I had. George spoke with me on the phone for a good bit and educated me about the issue, and was very pleasant and respectful. With that said, so was the rest of the staff. Fantastic service.
