I ran into Wal-Mart to pick up a battery for a mule side by side that has been sitting for two years! Wal-Mart didn't have the battery I needed. I then ran over to Batteries Plus! Jerry helped me find the right battery with the right connections! My mule is running and out of the barn already! Thanks Jerry, I will be back!

I've always had a great experience with Batteries Plus but they simply outdid themselves this time. My phone was dropped from my bike on the railroad tracks and ran over by multiple cars, shattering the front and back, before I could go back and grab it. My insurance directed me to Batteries Plus at the end of the business day. I assumed I'd be leaving it for at least a day or two but Caleb fixed my phone same day in <1.5 hrs. It looks and feels brand new. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. Simply amazing.
Take note Apple users, Galaxies can be dropped at 30mph onto concrete and ran over by multiple vehicles and only need a $30 insurance claim (and Caleb at Batteries Plus) to fix.

I was really impressed with Aaron, Dillon and especially Jerry today. I brought in a little red night lamp and with out them, I could of not figured out the bulb or how the lamp shade went on. Your have some really smart people there. Especially Jerry. I will be back.

BatteriesPlus in Bryan, Texas gets 5 stars for their on-site replacement of my electric utility vehicles batteries! I highly recommend bringing your Golf cart or whatever electric vehicle you have to their location for battery replacement and/or repair.

Great experience. They replaced my battery, gave me a lifetime replacement. Showed me how to replace it myself and how to get into the car manually if the battery were to die. Could have done this all on YouTube, but the guy went above and beyond to show me. Highly recommended.
