It took several months of getting to know the employees, but now we have a wonderful working relationship. If any problems they are just a phone call away. This is the downtown bank.

I do not bank with truist but i went in for them to review and confirm that my DBA papers will allow me to open a business account and ALONSO was kind enough to help me with that favor.

Went in to open my account and was greeted immediately. The process was quick and by far this is the best bank I've had and that's comparing it to Chase and Wells Fargo.
