Not a customer but I came in to cash a check and they charged me almost 90 dollars to cash a check issued from thier bank. Then they called my customer that wrote the check right in front of me to verify he wrote the check . Just another bank taking everything they can get

I just wanted to send a shout out to Janette for helping me with a extremely tedious task, printing over 200+ of bank statements from accounts long gone and she organized them beautifully, without having been asked. Thank you to Bryan as well for helping me with a notarization just a little over a week ago. Both of these interactions, though seemingly insignificant, will be life changing for us in this difficult time. Thank you for patience, time, and hard work. We appreciate you guys.

A month or so ago I went in to deposit a check that had mine and my husband's name on it like I have been doing at this bank for many years. The teller informed me that I was only able to deposit it but not keep any cash out of the transaction without my husband there. Today I went in to only deposit a couple checks and they told me that I can't even do that unless my husband is standing right next to me with his ID. My husband and I have our own banks. They suggested that he open an account with me so that I could complete my transactions. That is completely ridiculous. I have never in all of my life had a bank say they couldn't give me cash back on a transaction or deposit money into my account without my husband being there with his ID. Now my husband is going to have to take a day off work to go down to the bank with me just to deposit some checks. Guess I need to do some shopping around.

This is one of the best PNC locations I've been to, and I've been to many. I used to live in Pittsburgh, where it started, and I remember the pre-PNC days when it was Pittsburgh National Bank.Anyway, I digress. The location was immaculately clean. The staff members I interacted with were both friendly and professional.I went in for a simple task, to break a few $50 bills into smaller change. The teller I dealt with, Makaya (I hope I spelled that right) was a gem. She was polite, friendly, and professional. Though it was only a minor task, she treated me like I was the most important customer of the day. That goes a long way. I'll be sure to remember it, and to tell others to go to this location without hesitation.I'd give it ten stars if I could. It's definitely better than five!

They told you their credit card gets 4 points for every dollar you spend, but they won't tell you every point worth 0.2 cent only. The point is: the way they do business is kind of creepy.A good bank should be an entity that you can trust, it may have some advantage, some disadvantage, but you can trust it.

The customer service here is the worse. they are given false information. Tried to cash my daughter work check that she signed to me and she is a minor and the assistant manager and the Hispanic teller told me they could not cash the check. Called the 1800 numbers and was told they shouldn’t have done that. I will not go into this bank ever with customer like them two they should be fired or not work in customer

NEGATIVE 5! I walked into the bank this morning, the 1st of the month, to conduct my business and there were more than 12 people waiting ahead of me. Why? you may ask. There were NO TELLERS, only 1 greeter who would have to take each person's deposit/withdrawal/whatever to the 1 drive-in teller, wait for that drive-in teller to complete your transaction in between drive-in customers, and return to the front with your cash/receipt/whatever. When asked what was going on we were told all the tellers had been permanently laid off . . . say what? This is a "full-service bank", how can you have no tellers? After PNC took over this location last year from BVAA/Compass Bank it has been steadily going down. The tellers we've dealt with for over 30 years, through 2 different takeovers are no longer there. We will be moving all of our funds from this bank this week!

This location is great. I'll give 5 stars when they resume opening the drive-thru on Saturdays.

This Bank (this group of individuals), though the name has been changed over the years, is excellent. For over a decade I have had an account here and I have never experienced anything but "helpful".Something Right is going on here, there is little employee turnover.

The teller in the inside his name is David at the Bryan branch he is such an awesome young man. He is so friendly when you walk in and helpful when you have questions. He would make a great Manager. April is very friendly as well but David just stands out. The other tellers not so much they never smile or acknowledge you they just sit there and if u have to go in there line its like they do not want to be bothered i try not to get in there line. Their sometimes working drive thru and they never say thank you at the end of your transaction. Maybe some training in customer service will help.
