Dropped off my 4x4 for what I thought was a transfer case seal leak. Charles said it could also be the rear transmission seal. He was correct it was the rear seal but he replaced the front transfer case seal as well. Dropped off Thursday and it was ready Monday morning. Charles was great to do business with and is very reasonable. I highly recommend BCS Transmission if you need anything done. Great job Thanks! Floyd Williams

I had a bad experience with another transmission shop and ended up with a bad transmission. I looked into other shops with merit and reached out to Charles with BCS. I brought my truck to Charles and he quickly diagnosed several problems that the other shop didn't fix including several problems they said they did fix. I went through with having BCS fully rebuilding the transmission and electronics. They worked quickly having it ready for pickup in only 5 business days. I was given a detailed report of what was fixed and was very happy with the cost as many of the parts were priced better than what I could find in market when considering rebuilding myself. I am very happy with my transmission and it's shifting very well.

10/10 I would 100% recommend bcs transmission to do any and all of my transmission repairs and rebuilds. My f350 has never shifted this good.

With all the upgrades to my engine I knew I better get my transmission upgraded also, Charles got my truck in, and out in a timely manner, and the price was very reasonable, you gotta pay to play! The shifting sequence is so much smoother now! Charles did a great job!
