Traveled with spouse and dog.. rooms were clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and plentiful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had the best experience. Everyday was fresh towels and a clean room.

Overall everything was good. Only issues were they only served pork as meat option and the fitness center is extremely small.

I definitely will be staying here again. Jose at the front desk was very professional and helpful. It's a breath of fresh air compared to most service at other hotels. Thanks again Jose will definitely be back.

The general manager at this location has given out highly damaging information to staff members about their guest staying at this hotel. Pre-authorizing cards before check ins during busy periods, over authorizing cards, and targeting long term regular guest about their appearances, financial status, and medical information.

UPDATED REVIEW:
So after posting this review, a hotel manager reached out to us & apologized. She was very sincere, and personally helped us get started with the hotel block. Even after she transferred management of our block to a sales coordinator, we experienced timely and respectful communication. We had a couple unique situations they were able to assist us with, and once the event came around, hotel staff were very beneficial (even going so far as to have some of our family moved due to loud neighbors). All in all, I feel like it was just a case of one individual not doing their job correctly.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Don't bother with this hotel if you're interested in reserving a hotel block.
We initially reached out to this hotel about a month ago, wherein we provided all the necessary information for the hotel block and were informed that we would hear from them within a week.
After two weeks of not hearing from them and them not answering/returning our calls, we finally got an answered call. However, the lady who answered the phone (the same one who we spoke to the first time) claimed to have no memory of our previous communication with her. She had us provide all of the information again, and again said we would hear back from them in a week.
Surprise surprise, a week passes and we don't hear anything from the hotel. We called again asking about the status of our request, but the lady was of no help whatsoever. She refused to provide contact information for the actual individual that handles room blocks, and her only solution to expedite our request was to have us provide all of our hotel block information AGAIN so she could yet again place an ignored piece of paper on her superiors desk.

After a bad experience elsewhere we switched to this hotel. It was a huge upgrade! The breakfast is great- the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They will charge you for multiple rooms, claim that YOU checked into them, and refuse to refund your money.

Every time I come to town I stay at this specific hotel. That will probably be changing.
I checked my app yesterday (I’m a rewards member) I had enough points for a free stay. 1 night = 5000 points. I ended up needing a hotel the next night tried to book with my points & was told “this location it’s a 2 night stay minimum & it’s 36,000 points! I tried telling the woman on the phone (who was incredibly RUDE) that I literally got a notification yesterday that I had enough points for ONE free night. She proceeded to laugh & say that there was a basketball game in town. (I don’t care??) & hung up on me.
So beware that even if you are rewards member, they will change the “rules” for using your points when it benefits them.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. The only complaint I would have would be the shower heads.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel was clean and I enjoyed my stay. Easy to book at the last minute. Highly recommended!
