I wasn't impressed how this coach elevated himself and abilities compared to the rest of the workout/xfit community. I have heard this coach is amazing, that is never an excuse to act in arrogance.

Lots of weights and workout options, and there is always a workout of the day as well as a warmup and a modified version. Friendly encouraging and present staff, and there are also yoga and food blocking classes you can take. Love it!

I am a former power lifter and football player. I have consistently lifted for years, and greatly enjoy pushing my limits. I've only been at BodyLab for about two weeks, but Coach Matt and the other staff members help me daily to continue to push my boundaries and learn skills I've never been exposed to. I am shipping out for the Army on July 1st, and I have no doubt that with the help of the coaches at BodyLab, I will be my best self walking into my service. I'm very excited about the months to come before I leave, as they have already begun to teach me how to go to places in training I struggled to find previously. I would greatly recommend the Lab to anyone looking for an enhanced fitness experience, or simply looking to better their health in general.
