I walked in, wasn't greeted, looked at hats, no one asked me if i needed help. I walked out. The hats weren't bad but nothing i liked or for the price. Better options in town

Terrible customer service! Had a pair of Cody James jeans that I received as a Christmas gift rip clean down the middle seam… So I went into the store hopeful that they could do something to help out with my situation and all I got was attitude from the two girls working the desk. They told me I should’ve kept the receipt (even though I already explained they were a gift) and acted like I was dumb because “It’s February and Christmas was a long time ago” as if I should be okay with jeans only lasting 6 weeks, having only been worn 3 times in that time span. Absolutely no accountability for poor quality product and no attempt help at all. Wouldn’t even look up the phone number of the person that gifted them to me… Didn’t catch their names but I went into the store on 2/16/25 around 1 pm

Horrible customer service sat there for 30 min waiting to get a fitting room opened. Asked the person then he gave me attitude total disrespect from these college kids.

Very clean and staff were very helpfull. Management was communicating with staff about store duties was nice to see in a respectful manner.

I came here and got my son a couple pairs of pants and a new belt. The lady there working was nice and helpful and explained to us a little about the points/online stuff. Overall a great location! Also the store is so spacious and they have dressing rooms!

Lauren was amazing !! I came in yesterday and NOBODY helped me or came up to me even though I was clearly searching for boots haha not a good first boot barn experience. But I came in again today and Lauren instantly offered help and was amazing! So friendly. If you go in and she’s there I recommend her 100%

I love boot barn but this store doesn't seem to have as many options/inventory as others. It did have a lot of sale items from fall/summer.

My daughter went in to buy a pair of jeans. She ended up getting a pair of jeans and a small purse. The guy at the register was not friendly at all and checked the small purse way more than he needed to to see if anything was in there. She felt like a criminal. Won’t be shopping there again.
