The Agency has being serving the Brazos valley, county and the surrounding areas, I have seen there team at work and they are very professional, caring and always being there for their community. I’ve been working for them for going on 4/5 years and they are pretty much like family to me now they are very flexible with my schedule and always full of love light and joy when it comes to us caregivers! I couldn’t be more proud to be apart of this team! Love love love them!

Bob and Bill were wonderful to work with, so kind and caring, and very understanding of the difficult situation we were in. They responded immediately though we didn't completely understand what we needed. They sent a wonderful caregiver who bonded immediately with our loved one. Brazos Home Care will always be our first choice when we need an in-home caregiver.

Brazos Home Care is set apart because of its personal, home-feel touch. It made me feel like a family member. I have been using their wonderful services for more than five years, and found the staff to be very professional, helpful, and caring. I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs home care and any professional-related care services. I am so fortunate to be in the Brazos area to have such a caring organization that not only caters to someone like me, but also to all the wonderful senior and elderly in the College Station and Bryan area. I’ve been using Brazos Home Care for almost a year now. All the staff seems to be involved in all aspects. I had some concerns this past couple weeks. I contacted Stacey (office mgr) and she was willing to work with me and my brother. She follows up with phone calls to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this fine company

When my in-laws moved from the Dallas area to Bryan, they needed more help than we were able to give them. A neighbor recommended the services of Brazos Home Care, which had provided a skilled, compassionate caregiver for her mother. Thus far, we have gratefully appreciated the same kind of care for my in-laws. Their first caregiver went above and beyond to not only take care of my father-in-law physically, but to ease the transition for both of my in-laws to a new town with new challenges. After my father-in-law passed away and their caregiver moved, a new caregiver has stepped in to provide weekly companionship and transportation for my mother-in-law. Brazos Home Care caregivers have helped both my in-laws and my husband and me in far more ways than I could have imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

We used their service to have a caregiver come to my Dad's home daily to monitor the administration of his required diabetic medication which he would forget to take. 5 times in the last 6 weeks of their service, no one arrived and no one called me. When I called administration, they didn't know their employee had not arrived to fulfilled their obligation. On more than one occasion, this caused medical problems which we were trying to avoid. After several personal meetings with administration, the problem continued. We had several substitutes for the regular caregivers which also did not show up without notification. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want communication and consistency.
