I took my vehicle to BMW of College Station for a recall service. JD and Jennifer provided excellent customer service. The service required that I leave my vehicle for a couple of days to complete. JD worked with Jennifer and provided a loaner vehicle so that my wife and I could use. The work was completed the same day saving us from having to make a return trip. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness that both JD and Jennifer provided. Thank you so much!
