We’ve had a great experience with Volk Douglas-Mazda Volkswagen. My wife and I bought our Volkswagen Atlas new in 2021, drove it for 5 years, and just sold it back to them. From start to finish, they handled everything smoothly and professionally.
When we first purchased, they gave us a great price. Now, years later, they bought it back for a very fair value, making the whole process simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find a dealership that takes care of you both when you buy and when you sell, and they did exactly that.
We wish we could keep buying here, but with our growing family we need a full-size SUV. Still, we highly recommend Volk Douglas-Mazda Volkswagen for their fairness, transparency, and customer service.

From the initial contact, Brady our sales rep was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The first thing was timing, I sent over an inquiry and stated my work schedule and availability, Brady was respectful of my availability. A bit of honest negotiating between the purchase and a trade-in before I drove an hour to the dealership. From there everything was quick and painless. This is the first quality dealer experience I have had in a decade.

Kenneth Frank, our Salesman, was quick to respond to our interest in a vehicle posted on their website. Back and forth conversations resulted in a 3 minute video being sent to me of the vehicle aside from what was already posted on their site. Discussions on trade-in value and OTD price followed. Followup calls ensued. After a collaborative effort, an agreed upon figure was accepted. Arrival at the Dealership found Ken waiting to greet us outside. Minor concerns, upon an in-person inspection, were addressed and resolved on site as we waited for the purchase process to complete. Finally, Ken patiently and thoroughly, explained the technology features offered with our purchase. In closing, from Ken, our Sales Rep, to the Mgr/Co-Owner to our Finance Officer, my wife and I truly enjoyed this car purchasing experience. Kindness and sincerity of all were very much appreciated. Thanks to all.

I absolutely enjoyed every second of finding a new vehicle at Douglass Mazda in College Station. We worked with Peter, who was so kind and genuinely cared about us during the process.
