My salesman was Brady. He was so accommodating. I did my whole transaction over the phone and all I had to do was go in and sign papers. We were in and out of there less than an hour! He was so nice and so friendly and so was the finance manager! I highly recommend Douglas VW.

Bought a 2019 Lexus RX350 and love the car. Brady Elderkin provided excellent customer service and made the process involving a test drive, purchase, and financing easy from my initial inquiry to purchase and pick up. Would highly recommended Douglass Mazda/Volkswagen for any vehicle purchase.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Reached out prior about the vehicle we were interested in. Sales mate Bryan came through with all the information for my questions. Great guy! Drove from Louisiana to look and possibly purchase the vehicle and Bryan assisted with the process while we were in route. Car was clean and ready for us out front soon as we arrived. Paperwork was quick and painless and we were headed back home with the next few hours! Thanks again to the team and Bryan! Stay blessed.

Ill probably buy all my vehicles here from now on! They said they could help me and they did! The staff was honest and efficient and while College Station is not the best Market to get the best deal on a vehicle, I feel this dealership is worth this recognition. Or I wouldn't be going through the trouble to give them the tip of the cap they deserve. Go see them!

Service has been tremendous. Our Service Manager Holden, listened, took action, made sure we were taken care of. Extended warranty approvals are always a nightmare if not a downright struggle. Holden handled it with expert class! Owning a Volkswagen is a love for us, and finding a dealership and a top notch professional to keep us on the road and enjoying our journey is a true blessing. Our service will remain with Douglas Volkswagen and our next Volkswagen will definitely be from this dealership.

When you walk into a dealership, you expect some level of friendliness and accommodation- these are people trying to make a sale, after all. Many dealerships make you feel like a king for a day, you sign your life away, and the minute you drive off the lot, you are off their radar, and no longer worthy of their time. Not so with Douglass Mazda Volkswagen. Their motto “the nice guys” is one they truly live up to. Accommodating, kind, courteous, friendly, AND, an owner who values integrity and honesty. I believe the true test of a dealership happens after you’ve driven off the lot… after the niceties and cordialities of the sale transaction are over. When you bring your vehicle back for service .. how do they treat you? How is their customer service? How accommodating are they? This dealership gets 5 stars. Ten out of ten. Two thumbs up. Our salesman Brady, was efficient, cordial, and an all around delightful human being. Dane, the owner, made us feel like our business was something he valued. We weren’t just another dollar sign or check mark on someone’s sales goals. Highly recommend- in fact, if you go to any other dealership in College Station, you are risking your time, sanity, and bank account. Go to Douglass Mazda Volkswagen. Talk to Brady. Talk to Dane. Wesley and Eli are really great people to work with. They were really welcoming and helped me throughout the purchase process and made it seamless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to get a VW around the Bryan/College station area.
