I called Briarcrest cleaners at 12:19 and asked them to press our bride’s wedding dress because we couldn’t get it to steam and pictures started at 1:20. They dropped everything they were doing and pressed and finished the dress by 1:10. They truly, truly saved the day. We didn’t even have to tell the bride the dress was gone because of how quickly they did this for us. Thank you, Briarcrest Cleaners! This is how good business is run!

They lost my pants I got pressed! Gave me someone else's pants! Worst part of it all those was the pair I was wearing to a event the next day! Still haven't heard back from the cleaners!

My girlfriend brought my suit to get it dry cleaned here. They ruined my suit pants and undid the tailoring. When she went to pick up the suit, they told her the conveyor was broken and wouldn’t tell her anything else so I’m suit wasn’t done on time either. I’d sooner wash my suit in Galveston bay than bring it here again. Absolutely disrespectful trash

Did not use them because of the price. To have a queen comforter cleaned was 32 before taxes.....I used discount cleaners on 29th next to Walgreens and paid 17.90 with tex. Took 5 business days which is the same as the rest.

I took in my 3 piece suit and 3 shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed, and everything was done quickly and with the upmost care. They even got a stain out of my white button down that had been there for a while! Will definitely be returning

Went to drop off a few shirts and a blazer and slacks. Although the service was fast and I was able to get my stuff the same day, upon further investigation on the slacks, there was what to be leftover starch or bleach. I wish they would be a little more careful in looking over their customers orders before given them back.
