So the initial purchasing experience was not bad. The follow up to have the spray-in bed liner installed has been pretty frustrating. No one knows anything. It’s like talking to 5 year olds when you call up here to try to either schedule or have questions answered. It’s not much better going in person. The salesman that we purchased the truck from is already gone only 2 months later. Get it together, Lithia.
