They have had my pants for almost 2 months and I have yet to receive them back. They stained them terribly and have been giving me the run around informing me that they are removing the stain. They do NOT have a working landline so it’s hard to get in contact with them. I just need my pants back they don’t even have to ever worry about me RETURNING for their services EVER.

I love everything about Bryan C's Cleaners I love the deal especially. And if you can't get all of your clothes out at that moment they don't mind letting you get them after. And they also referred me to a lady that would alternate my paints that was to big for me. Thanks. M.Williams

Worst experience ever! Dropped off my clothes and went back to get them. My rock revival was gone two pair. They replaced them with some Levi jeans. Never wore Levi jeans and they wasn’t my size. So I called and told them. They said they gave me back all my pants I told them no y’all replaced my jeans. So I went up there and gave them back the pants and told them I wanted my rock revivals back. They had me wait for 15 mins and said come back tomorrow. I told them no I wasn’t leaving without my clothes. After and hour they found my pants and they wasn’t starched. Like they took them home and went and got them once they seen I wasn’t playing and I wanted my stuff. NEVER take your stuff to them. If you do something you don’t care about. Smh I give them no stars

The service is horrible!!!! The customer service is even worst!! They are rude and careless. They have our 10 piece to another customer and just so happened the other person knew my boyfriend and got in touch with him to come get them. When we asked about a discounted rate we were told NO!! Never going back to them EVER!!!!!
