Soda machines were not functioning properly and they were still selling at full price without notifying customers of issue. Nacho cheese is NOT hot. Don't think much is being sanitized after or before showings...I usually see popcorn/trash still on floor from previous movies. ON THE PLUS SIDE.... they are spacious, offer loyalty card, and usually very chill atmosphere. When I have had issues arise they tend to it most often with ease.

Be sure to bring antibacterial wipes for the dirty seats. Floors are dirty too. We had popcorn all over our seats. Apparently, from the night before. Also, EXTREMELY loud. Like, hearing loss is inevitable, loud. I will wear earplugs next time. The seats aren’t very comfortable for a luxury theatre. There were no employees there to take our tickets. We could’ve gone in for free.

The theater was so dirty, sticky and smelled in theater 11. We took the boys to see Meg 2 in 3D after buying tickets getting 4 drinks 2 popcorns 2 nachos and 4 candies we get to our seats where the floor was extremely wet and sticky and popcorn in the seats. We asked to be moved but were told they didn’t have anymore available. When spending around $150 for a nice family night things should be cleaned.

All soda was out due to no carbonation, the guy at the counter didn't say anything about any other drinks we could have gotten like lemonade which we found out later that they had, the theater hadn't been cleaned and every hand sanitizer dispenser was empty so we couldn't even clean our seats ourselves. First time going to Premiere in almost 15 years because of how bad it was then, I should have stuck with Cinemark or Star.

This place is great but almost all of my friends and family got food poisoning because they hadn’t cleaned their popcorn machines. They have cleaned it recently but I just think that that it had to be cleaned once we had told him is horrible. I love the theater and how you can do things yourself but I think it’s kind of disgusting as well because people put their hands all over the things that people use the movie is all over all really great. I went to go see the Barbie movie and I absolutely loved it. I love the seats that they offer when you’re watching a movie and the recliner is amazing.

Saw Mission Impossible last night and my chair was broken. Couldn’t sit comfortably at all. The projector was constantly flashing bright to dark on the screen. We ordered a pizza but we’re not informed of a 2 hour wait. People talking all through the movie. I realize that’s not a controlled issue for the theater but compounded with everything else, it was annoying. Definitely will not be back to this theater.

Arrived early for a movie. And the light were brighter in the theater. Which allowed us see seats and they were extremely dirty. Sticky and covered in old food etc. Theater also smelled bad. This was a matinee show, first of the day, so theoretically the cleanest the seats and theater should be. Considering leaving it was so dirty. Probably should have. Definitely won’t go back

My main complaint would be the cleanliness of the theater we were in. We went to the first showing of the day for our movie and the seats, trays and floor were disgusting. Old popcorn, candy, and food crumbs/stickiness were all over the chairs and trays in every row. I enjoyed our movie but felt uncomfortable the whole time. We will most likely not be returning.

Well, the theater experience itself with subpar. There was something wrong with the IMAX theater that we were in it would not play and we were ushered into a another theater, not an IMAX to watch our movie. The saving Grace was the gentleman who was the manager on duty. He made sure that everybody was treated appropriately and made sure that we all got to the proper replacement screen.The overall cleanliness of the facility was extremely suspect. We decided to not go into the replacement theater and just wait another half an hour and go into 1 with a larger screen. While waiting we went in and we're just going to sit and wait but there were people, three of them, cleaning the popcorn and cups and so forth. We were just wandering around the lobby when we saw the cleaning crew come back out of the theater we were going to go into. The disappointing part was there was still piles of popcorn, cups and paper still on the floor. The same cleaning crew walked past the corridor where all the doorways are for the various screens and they just ignored the fact that there was lots of trash in those foyer areas.

THIS NASTY THEATER!!!!!!I expected more out of this theater.Staff said they cleaned the theater but there was popcorn and soda under and on top of the seats and floor.The BATHROOMS were NASTY too! No paper towels barely soap to wash my hands. Also the cleaning crew were mad at us when we told the manager on duty that the theater was dirty. These young kids don't take anything serious. I will never come to the Bryan theater again!!!

Watched spider verse tonight and the whole time it was in the WRONG FORMAT!! Couldn’t see the captions most of the time!! I’m here for my daughters softball tournament and wanted to do something special for my son and was very disappointed. As a theatre manager myself for 21 years, this is embarrassing!! Please check to me sure the playlist is in the correct scope format!!

I love the seats. I usually hate getting front seats but if it's unavoidable. This is the seats you want to be in. Bar and pizza ria. There is an arcade as well in lobby.

Love the self serve popcorn ?, the seats are comfy, but abused. The covers were torn, and just looked like they needed recovering. The sound was great and the experience was still good. Overall it's a nice venue.

We showed up to print our tickets and the machine malfunctioned at the very last step and didn’t print the tickets. The worker told us to try a different machine. We tried it and it claimed the tickets were already printed. The worker told us to try a different machine. We tried a third machine and it still didn’t work. She finally told us to go to concessions for help. We did and they went and found that the paper had been put into the machine incorrectly. It printed ours as well as someone else’s tickets. We gave the worker those other tickets and said to make sure those people get them. We later hear someone complaining that they couldn’t get their tickets to print and we directed them to the extra tickets. But it turned out they were a third affected party (the tickets weren’t even theirs and they were having issues on a different machine). We go into the theatre and the trailers are blurry and out of focus, everyone in the theatre is commenting on it. The movie started and the blurriness worsened. I went out and spoke to an Assistant Director Michael Buenelos who would not make eye contact and just said since the movie already started they couldn’t stop the movie to fix it. He did offer to refund the tickets or put us in a different showing, but after the experience we had earlier just trying to get tickets we purchased, I had no confidence that would actually work out. Leaving was the only option. I’ve been to this theatre for years but I am never going back. They made mistakes putting paper in machines, not knowing to fix the paper after multiple customers had issues, then put on a blurry movie and couldn’t guarantee they could fix it.
