Please be careful when booking here. They do not honor bookings. They will simply refuse your stay citing the rooms are full. The General manager and staff are extremely rude. Please save your money and I suggest to not patronize such establishments. My worst IHG experience ever.

There's no way their rooms should be this high. Money isn't a problem. After being on the road all day. Upon entry, I got undressed for the shower. I walked over to the bed area, and there was a bug on the bed & residue of bugs under the covers.

Nice staff and the rooms were clean. However if you are checking in at night be aware that construction has the entrance relocated and its a bit difficult to find it in the dark.

I've stayed at the Candlewood brand plenty of times. This one was not one of the better ones. First thing I'm told when I check in is that since it's not an extended stay hotel they don't serve breakfast and there is no maid service during my stay. If a fresh towel is needed, bring an old one to the desk and they'll bring you a new one. Odd, but whatever. Room is OK, ice maker doesn't work but there's an ice maker in the lobby so not a huge deal. Bed and pillows are comfy.The night before I check out I asked the front desk if I could get a late checkout. There are literally 5 cars in the parking lot overnight, this place is empty. She says to check back in the AM to see if they could accommodate me. I'm a rewards member, and the place is empty. This should be easy. Next morning I ask again, and they tell me for an extra $25 I can have another 2 hours. Where are these IHG reward perks? I said forget it. I had a couple work calls to be done from my room, but I'll just go to Starbucks I guess.About 10am while I'm on a work video call someone is beating on my door. They won't go away and keep knocking, so I tell my work call I need to put them on hold. It's the maid and she's all apologetic that she got the wrong room. An hour later I'm on another video call and someone is beating on the door again, but I can't interrupt this call so they keep loudly knocking and then try to get in (but the safety latch is thrown). At this point I wrap the call and check out and go to Starbucks. It's like the universe is telling me it doesn't want me in this place, LOL.

Front desk rude and unprofessional! Do not check in by mobile app... I attempted this and was told my reservation was cancelled. Said I was a "No Call" even though the app said I was all checked in and good to go! Then wanted to charge twice the price from when I booked the reservation.If you look at the reviews... looks like I am not the first person to have this complaint.

DON’T STAY HERE, please read on…We checked in 12/9/22, and were in a hurry, didn’t notice a few deal breakers!!!What we did notice today was a dirty feeling. Our room was on the fourth floor, bugs in the kitchenette area, looked like ants, but didn’t know Texas has small ants (thought everything was bigger in Texas), freaked my wife out. The bedding was worn out with wear holes, she wanted out, and I kinda agree with her, I couldn’t feel comfortable either.Also, the shower is so freaking strong, that it sends a fine mist throughout the entire bathroom, and I think the room too; the resulting dingy feeling makes everything worse.We told the front desk, and a manager was called. We pre-paid and couldn’t get the money back for the 2nd night.Lastly, what felt shady is that I asked for a receipt and, she said I’d get one the next day, I think to make it look like I stayed both days. She said that because I prepaid she couldn’t take off the second day. We left before 2pm.

This is a great hotel! Beyond being very nice and clean, they allowed my wife and I to get into our room early to attend an A&M event! It made our weekend!This is a very well run hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable. The communication less than professional. Told the day of check out that I couldn’t extend my reservation due to booking through a third party. Also if I didn’t hurry and make a new reservation that I would probably not have a room due to “football week “. I am 14 hours away from home!

Room was booked for a weekend soccer tournament and while there waiting Saturday morning , it had been cancelled on me. They claim to have called me 3 times the day prior to have me prepay but with caller ID just about on every phone these days they were full of it -

The most terrible hotel I've ever been...I even found the used toilet paper in the unflushed toilet... everything in the room was so filthy.. the tiles of the showerbooth are covered with red mold.. a comforter has dark stains... I didn't want to touch anything in the room... it was so so terrible..

I loved the hotel until they hired a new employee April and she is very rude and does not know what she is doing. If you are IHG reward member and April is there when you check out you will need to call the manager and IHG to get your points. I loved this hotel until they hired April. All other staff is excellent I have had to stop staying at this hotel because when I go to hotel to relax i dont need someone to be so rude to me . If i knew the dates April wasnt working i would stay at this hotel. One person can ruin your entire stay.

Very clean stayed here for 4 months for work. Staff very friendly. The hotel went above and beyond to meet my needs. Very quiet and a very safe place to stay.

Stayed at a kennel versus a hotel. Need to update policies on pets as this was an absolutely horrible experience given that we had a dog barking nonstop for two days and nothing done about it. Do not recommend and will not stay there again.

Friendly staff but the refrigerator was loud at all times ..the dishwasher was loud when running ..one of the cook top nobs was broken (stayed on)...the dishes were not cleaned as stated and the can opener was rusting... some towels were dirty.. and the fan in the bathroom did not work as well ...one picture frame on the wall had no picture in it not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not .. probably won't be staying at that particular one again wasn't a great experience for my family and I but in all the staff guy was really nice ...
