Yall need to HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! This is ridiculous to wait 1 hour just to open an account with only 1 banker!!!! This makes me not want to do business here if it’s always going to take this long!

I did the drive thru I was coming from out of town and forgot to get a cashier's check and lady was so kind and took money out was very helped

The tellers have great customer service and are quick. There is one banker working, three people waiting for her. I've been waiting an hour and can hear their personal conversation that has nothing to do with banking. Extremely frustrating when I am waiting to talk about my business account.

Caitlin C did an amazing job! She got me in quickly and helped me with everything I need. (Recommend making an appointment for everyone’s convenience) She is very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10! She did everything and more than I could have asked for.

I scheduled a meeting with Mr. Coi Dang to get some answers about my accounts closing, sort out my checking cash, credit card bills, and when my points would hit my account. Dealt with Mr.Dang and, wow, worst bank experience ever. He kept saying I was wasting his time, even walked out of the office during our chat. Furthermore, when I inquired about potential payment methods, Mr. Dang responded sarcastically, advising me not to ask him "logistic questions." This response was not only unhelpful but also demeaning.Thanks god, he did answer my stuff in the end, but the whole time his attitude was just terrible. Made me feel like a huge bother. Never expected to be treated like that at a bank. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life!

A drive thru is essential at any bank you go to. Chase on Boonville, although not the easiest to access, once there It's a breeze to go through the drive thru.There's different selections to choose from as well as quick cash.There's plenty of opportunities to shop at different locations also, so I would consider it to notch.I've been with them for years. They've always been understanding and good to me.I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This location doesn't have any respect. Nor no one is qualified people at this location. I came for a notarize one document it take up to 3 hours. This location is the worst. They have worst management and ethics. Unprofessional the guy literally walking in untuck shirt. I never wrote a review but this ridiculous.Caitlin was rude. Have a attitude.Bernardo don't how to juggle what things to put in priority things. The manager is gone for the day.

Absolutely hate this location. They're so rude and when I needed help the woman spoke to me sarcastically and like I was a child. So when I started catching an attitude back at her she corrected herself.
