I love coming to this store and have bought numerous products and have loved them. The service there is always super friendly and supportive.... except for today. Two of the three women at the counter treated my friend and I rudely (likely because of our younger age) and were not helpful. Sorry to say this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and is making me question whether or not I will be coming here again. Overall lovely store and staff just not those two.

The staff is always very kind and friendly I haven’t had a bad experience yet some of their products are more expensive than online but I feel like that is expected with most stores now days

The cashier was soooo amazing!! She was helpful and helped me find what I needed!!! Will 100% go back. I just hope she's there when I do!!

Employee with short black hair was extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcome, she made insulting comments about us looking underage when we showed ID that we were over 18. We came to spend money and we're excited but after that situation we all left! You can do your job without commenting on others appearances.

I really enjoyed my visit. The store was clean and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Each of the employees who helped myself, my girlfriend and a friend were very pleasant and patient, and we were able to make a successful purchase. I look forward to experiencing with my purchase. I would recommend this location and return in the future.

First timer!! The ladies at Cindies love there job (in my opinion). The store was clean and nicely organized. They were 2 young ladies, Kendra and one other. They absolutely extremely helpful andI knowledgeable. Me, my partner and girlfriend had a lot of questions and they ladies know what they were talking about and knew what they were selling. I always say this but I love employees who know there job and what they are selling. They had great recommendations and we made a few purchases and very excited. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you Ladies!

Tiny selection.A single person can be in the way and just stand there blocking off a huge amount of the tiny selection. Cramped doesn't even begin to describe the layout of this store. Guess I can only shop here when I'm the only person in the store.There is absolutely no reason to shop here over online.

Service was overall not terrible, an employee kept following me around the store after I said I was just looking around and not for anything in particular then acted like they were "browsing" and looking back at me. Had an issue with my ID that I'm still waiting for in the mail but I have the paper ID (which I couldn't print because I don't have a printer at my apartments) and told me I should work on getting it printed out - whatever. I buy the almost $300 pole they have in store and it turns out that it doesn't even spin (where on the box it doesn't say anything about being only a static pole) and it's incredibly flimsy and unsafe. After spending almost $400 in store I ask if there's anyway for me to return the pole (even for store credit) because I didn't even think it was a product they would sell- it's down right terrible- and I love this store! I'm here all the time! There are no returns or refunds which I can understand but I'm just extremely disappointed in the quality of the pole and lack of knowledge the employees had about the pole. Overall I can pretty much get a long with anybody and don't take things too seriously, but I can see where other people felt uncomfortable being followed and watched by employees and the stick up their a** about IDs when you first walk in is disappointing. !!!DO NOT BUY THE CHEAP A** FLIMSY A** RIP OFF A** POLE!!!

Great customer service! The girl are always so bubbly, cheerful, attentive, and polite! Its a rare occasion that they don't have what I'm looking for and when and if that does happen they either show me to some similar product or let me know when to expect them to get more in!! Love them truely awesome place and staff!
