I go every two weeks for pathology labs get blood drawn. The front desk staff is very friendly. The Phlebotomists are very nice, friendly and quick at their job. I have no complaints with this group.

10/10!!! they were so amazing. i passed out while getting my blood drawn and i could not have been blessed enough with amazing people to take care of me. they were so patient and kind. took care of me the whole time.

They get you in and out. The phlebotomist s are all fabulous. They have always hit the vein the first time.

Whoever answers the phone on Monday Aug 28th 2023 around 930 am was completely useless. Thankfully Lauren and Ariana at the other location were very helpful and were able to get labs faxed over for an important surgery. They were drawn at this location, but whoever answered the phone refused to even do the bare minimum. Luckily this location is being carried by the stronger team at the other location.

My blood was drawn on Fri. May 6th.As of Fri. May 13th, my Dr.'s office still did not have the results of my tests.Today when I called my Dr.'s office I was told I'd have a call in the next day or two with my results..CPL used to send results in one or two days..Also, the nurse at my Dr.'s office said that CPL is taking a lot longer these days to send results than they used to.What Is Going On At CPL ?(This is re: the location on University Dr. College Station)

I came in with a doctors order clearly stating what lab work I needed. The young lady looked at me and said that I didn’t need that lab work done and it wasn’t ordered by the doctor. I read the dr order before I handed it to her. I then had to call the doctor to correct her. She then admitted that she didn’t actually read the order. This is so unprofessional. If you can’t read the medical field is not for you. You’re messing with people’s health. Not acceptable
