Took my 4runner for a car wash after the storm and it ripped my side panel off my rear passenger halfway through the wash. A young man in management came out and took pictures and filed a claim and said it would be taken care of. I just received an email stating because the age of my vehicle they would not be responsible because the plastic is old. I told the supervisor at this location that it had just had all the plastics replaced along with a fairly new paint job. I’m glad I declined the membership since I will never go back there again. I do appreciate the young man for recognizing my Purple Heart and thanking me for my service as well as thanking me for being current law enforcement. He was very professional and I know it wasn’t his call. So if your vehicle is over 7 years old do not go to Club Car Wash.

This place has better equipment than Drew's, and it makes all the difference when the vacuums aren't clogged.

They force cars to get dangerously close behind one another, just to get them through quicker. Today we went and ended up stuck for 30 seconds because everything shut off in the middle of the wash. For the price we pay for MVP, the workers need to be more mindful about the safety of everyone. We also end up with water stains on our windshield every single time we go through.

I have an elite membership for over a year. Went there couple weeks ago and when I got threw and went to vacuum and all I noticed spots on my trunk then I further inspect my cat and noticed at the top of my car just above the back window the clear coat was peeling off. Looks horrible so I went to get an attendant asked him what happened and he said it was from the chemicals they use. Filed a claim and they said they wouldn't do anything about it. They wouldn't even refund me the $35. They just took out of my account. They couldn't give me refund but are sending me a gift card for a free car wash. If anyone wants to get their car messed up I will have a free car wash for ya in couple weeks. This place used to be good it's crazy how it won't get the dirt off your car but it will take the clear coat off.

I have vip subscription and use it often, my car is not that dirty. However, it doesn’t clean my car well there are always dirty large spots. I will cancel my subscription

Great value and for the most part, the car always comes out very clean and bug free. My recommendation would be to put the tip box at the END of the wash instead of the beginning. I'm much more likely to leave a good tip if they've done a good job rather than the anticipation that they will do a good job. I've had to return only a couple of times for them to spray it better so the bugs come off. They always do, but if they sprayed it better to begin with, I wouldn't have needed to return. Love Club Car Wash!!
