This location always has the rudest employees working the window. No matter what day it is they always make you feel like an inconvenience. They always have an attitude. I get that everyone has off days but everyday cannot be an off day!!

I had an emergency and needed to get my refill. I did not realize that CVS stores close so early. My insurance was ending today and I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get it. I was helped by Tanakhon. Bless his heart, even though they had just closed, he ran my prescription through. I can not thank you enough for saving me hundreds of dollars. That was very kind.

I came to this store for some passport photos, and a woman named Sandra was quite rude because I didn't like the quality of the photo she took. I asked for another one and for the first one to be destroyed, which upset her. I tried to be nice, but my patience ran out when she reluctantly asked me for the old photos.

Revised my rating based on several recent experiences. Overall it’s a mixed bag sometimes it’s good pharmacy experience, other times it’s frustrating. The frustration comes when you try to pick up a prescription and the entire pharmacy is closed for lunch. Not sure why their entire staff needs to go to lunch at the same time. Most businesses rotate lunch breaks. Also, a bit frustrating when you make a vaccine appointment and then you show up on time and need to wait for 20 min.
They can be very and pleasant and efficient or maddening.
Overall the pharmacist are pretty good they proactively came out and explained my medication.

Pretty good pharmacy, but horrible customer service. There is a national shortage on one of my medications, which means I end up having to call all the pharmacies in town every month to see if they have it in stocks. CVS has changed their system so that is literally impossible to find out over the phone/online/app. I have to go into the actual store just to find out if they have my meds in stock.

I just want to notate that this location is a very inconvenience and I am livid. Waste of my time and gas! I was told over the phone that I would have to come into this location for them to refill my prescription. They forgot to mention over the phone that they DID NOT have my prescription in stock and that I would have to get in contact with my doctor to fill another prescription if I wanted to pick up at a different location. Mind you it is after hours for doctors CVS couldn’t have called me earlier to inform me this! So now I sit in extreme pain because people don’t know how to communicate and do a simple job!!
