I came to this store for some passport photos, and a woman named Sandra was quite rude because I didn't like the quality of the photo she took. I asked for another one and for the first one to be destroyed, which upset her. I tried to be nice, but my patience ran out when she reluctantly asked me for the old photos.

The pharmacy has regular filled my prescriptions in a timely and professional manner. The pharmacist himself even called me today during his lunch break to bring me up to date on my prescription. That’s going above and beyond. Very nice man.

This location has a floating pharmacist. They were not even open on time and refused to fill my prescription syating they needed to talk to the doctor when it the prescription was clear. Wast of time.

Do not use this pharmacy. They do not contact you. They do not care about you. They will let you die and deny you medication if you have ovaries. Remember this is a place that would let you die.

Pretty good pharmacy, but horrible customer service. There is a national shortage on one of my medications, which means I end up having to call all the pharmacies in town every month to see if they have it in stocks. CVS has changed their system so that is literally impossible to find out over the phone/online/app. I have to go into the actual store just to find out if they have my meds in stock.

Overall it’s almost always a good pharmacy experience. The help was pleasant and efficient. One of the tech’s came out and showed me where things were and explained the difference between the generic and name brand. They filled the order right away. The pharmacist proactively came out and explained my medication.
I have been here when things were a little slower, but most of that is the on the customer side.

I just want to notate that this location is a very inconvenience and I am livid. Waste of my time and gas! I was told over the phone that I would have to come into this location for them to refill my prescription. They forgot to mention over the phone that they DID NOT have my prescription in stock and that I would have to get in contact with my doctor to fill another prescription if I wanted to pick up at a different location. Mind you it is after hours for doctors CVS couldn’t have called me earlier to inform me this! So now I sit in extreme pain because people don’t know how to communicate and do a simple job!!

Went in to buy some Orajel for my toothache. Found it quickly. Walk to the front to check out. Five registers to check out and no one there. One single self check out with a woman who had about 30 items in a grocery cart. Walked out. Bad enough you’re gonna make me do your job but then you’re gonna make me wait to do it as well for one register out of six that’s ridiculous.right
