The trucking company they use no call no showed delivering parts. It really put me behind in my repair and job schedule. The truck finally showed up, and I got a phone call from the parts department not only letting me know that it FINALLY showed up, but that they would also PERSONALLY drive that part out to me, an hour and 10 min away. Crazy good customer service from Doggett to make up for the ball being dropped by the distribution company. 10/10.

My excavator has been in with them since December 2023. I don't get updates unless I call them. It's been 5 months since my excavator was submerged in water. I just wish I was confident that they were doing their best. I'm happy to discuss this with anyone that cares to improve on this experience, please reach to me.
