Asked cashier SCD politely to assist me with a basket. She was rude and said I need to put muscle into pulling cart out. Told her I didn't want to injure myself, she rudley said grab another cart. If I could grab another cart I would but they were all sticking together. Bad customer service. She should find another job if unhappy or unwilling to help a customer with a basket to shop.

Store is very clean and organized. They even had things that other dollar general stores didn’t. My favorite items I come for specifically because I know they will always have in stock. Also, the pretty girl at the front register customer service is amazing. I’m always happy to see her there when I come shop because I know my experience is going to be 5 star. I think her name is Frenchie.

the store is good itself, its just the employee. I understand their job is to ring you up, but they could at least look a bit more alive or at least talk a little bit instead of staying quiet and expect me to know what to do next.

I'm highly upset with this location. I came in with my service dog who was in my arms and right away, the lady said I was to get out of the store. My dog wasn't even on the ground walking, I was holding him. I will call to speak with management and file a complaint.

Yelled at my baby brother, yelled at my mom and called her dumb, and fought with my dad, if you see this whoever fought with my family in the shop, if you yell at my parents or brothers again, I'll fight with you.

I was there today and all of sudden we arent suppose to use selfcheckout. Which would be fine if they had more than 1 worker and the lady with the orange fanny pack wasnt so hateful about it. Everysingle time I get in line I have been ask to use self check out no matter how much I have in my buggy. This time she was like more than 5 item Ill check you out. I apologized and she literally said "If only you had read the screen". And as she was checking us out she yelled at a kid and the people behind us who all tried to use the self check out. Not sure if its a new policy but maybe some training? Not using self checkout is whatever it was just the rudeness after I apologized and how she talked to not just me but everyone. Yall need to hire more people. Your employees are obviously overworked.

My son bought a phone charger and forgot to get his receipt. He went out to the car and saw it didn’t work. He went right back in and they had his receipt right there and would not give it to him and let him exchange it and just now hung up on me when I tried to tell them it would not work on my husbands phone or my sons phone. They said it’s his charging port, (on both phones really!). I understand having to have a receipt but he walked back in a few seconds later. Not very nice people that work here.

My mom was there about an hour ago and she told me that the cashier “Labriana” was very rude. My little brother was looking at some candy that he wanted to buy and that she yelled at him “hey if you touch that you’ll have to pay for it!” Yea obviously we need to pay for it! My mom said my little brother got scared and hid behind her. It was very uncalled for she could’ve been nicer about it! Don’t let your kids touch anything at this place people!!
