When you call and ask to see if an item is in stock and the cashier tells you rudely that she can't look THATS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She obviously needs to find a different job because that current job is not for her. Called on December 19th about 520 pm. That is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Have a receipt that shows what bought 10 days earlier, price paid and how paid, won't be able to receive a refund to the same payment method because the canner part of receipt is unscannable. "it's policy, if can't scan it, can't return it". Uh, but there's proof it was bought and paid, so what you're saying is....And the girl who couldn't/wouldn't do the return on 13 June, 2022, says this isn't America.So returned today with my passport, and inept proceedings continued

Convenient location. One of the coolers in the front was not cold. I brought it to the cashier's attention and he told me he submitted a work order already. It was refreshing to hear one of the employees aware the thing was broke and doing something to get it repaired. That guy should be your next candidate to manage a district. We need more common sense thinking and less standing around with shoulders shrugged waiting to be told what to do.

i have been to this store 4 differnet time and when i saw something at one price and when they rang it up it was a differnet price. i ask the manger all she can tell me that the old manger walk out. and they are working on it but they still are putting the same items on the self to make it fill . but will not change it price and one price one item is not right i feel like they just want to srecw poeple i go there because i a single mom and it is areally hard. please tell them to fix it and not putting wrong price and when asking they still charge you for thier mistake . if it mark one price i know ou are suppose to charge them that price

Unimpressed by this store. It was by far one of the messiest and most unorganized stores I’ve ever been in. There were boxes crowding the bathroom area and when I inquired about the bathroom key I was informed that his bathroom “wasn’t opened to the public”. So I had to leave instead of doing my shopping just because they refuse to clear the area as well as other areas. Thankfully my newly potty-trained toddler made it to the next convenience store before pooping himself and I went to wal mart instead. Shame on this location. I will not be returning. 0 stars if I could rate lower.

This place always have everything I need from a value store. I was in and out the staff was wonderful as usual. Sometimes you may walk into a big mess with them restocking shelves but that’s not a bad thing in my opinion! It just means they actually have a thriving business and need to keep restocking to meet our needs. ❤️
