DO NOT bring you’re clothes here , they lost my husband’s jeans (worth more than $200) they were only dropped off for alteration , we gave them a couple days to “look for them” and nobody had us an answer, they ended up calling my husband trying to only give him $40 back . We will for sure never come back here

Please be careful if you take your clothes to this business. I took a pair of my blue jeans to the Rockdale location on 04/29/2023. These people have not been able to give me my jeans as of this day. They do not hold themselves accountable. I called the Bryan, TX location ( on Texas Ave). Someone answered the phone and I asked to Speak with management. The crazy lady didn't say a anything so I hung up and call them back. I called back at nd no one answered the phone at all. This business is not trustworthy. This is a "shady" business. They do not want to pay me for my jeans. Very dishonest business.

Just awful! They will steal your clothes! And don't want to replace them. The owner want talk to you. They workers are not allowed to give his name or information. I called the ***** location and he hung the phone up in my face. Very rude! I have talked to around 7 people who have said the same thing happened to them over the years. Beware and report them for stealing. Leave reviews let people know to be ware.

I took a silk top and matching pants to be dry cleaned along wit other clothes at Park Cleaners 3 months ago. When i went to pick it up, i had all the clothes except my Silk outfit. This is when i found out that Park Cleaners was bought by Fabric care Owner, Mr Khawaja R. I have tried on Numerous occasion to contact Mr. Khawaja (they call him RAMON), left my number, talked to the front desk people at Fabric care, unfortunately, did not get any RESPONSE.Mr Khawaja refuses to contact me out of courtesy. He has also refused to accept any responsibility in losing my clothes. All i wanted is for him to reimburse me for the price of the outfit $327.. i sent him a copy of the receipt. He still refuses to acknowledge me.I thought AGGIES are known for their HONESTY and INTEGRITY… Well, let me tell you, this man, MR KHAWAJA IS NOT. this is a man who is trying to BULLY people and run away from his responsibilities, hoping i will get tired and forget about it. WELL, i won’t.We all work hard for our Money, and refuse to give it away to people who do not have any respect.

This review is to compliment my new friend Curtis for exceptional service at Fabric Care Cleaners!We had stored a large portion of our personal goods at a Self Storage business in BCS. We rented two of their 10 ft x 20 ft Climate Control rooms. The building was new and we were the first to rent & use those two rooms - which was a serious mistake on our part. Another mistake was packing items such as my business suits & sport coats in cardboard boxes.Turns out the manager called me to report that water was running under the roll-up doors and across the hall into other Climate Control rooms.Among our discoveries when the doors were opened was lots of water soaked boxes, including the one containing the suits, sport coats & pants in the photo.So I met Curtis when I arrived at Fabric Care Cleaners with a large garbage bag with soaked clothes.Curtis walked out to our truck to feel the wet clothes. He told me not to worry he could fix them and carried them inside. He told me he would call me when he was finished. Curtis called a few days later to tell me the clothes were ready for pickup.The photo doesn't do justice to what Curtis accomplished!I hope no one else has this sort of disaster, but I am confident that Curtis can do magic with your ordinary dry cleaning.My other advice: Let someone else be the test case to see if the roof leaksPack valuable belongings in stout plastic bins such as those Home Depot sells.

I’ve never had a bad experience with them, until this morning. The woman that took care of me was SO RUDE. Her attitude was horrible, cut me off when I spoke and threw the ticket on the counter without a single word. When I looked at her (confused) she said, “that’s all.” Really?! I literally wanted to cancel the order and take my clothing elsewhere.

I took in a white jacket with a big dark stain! The lady said she could spot treat it and have it ready by 5:00 the same day. I was concerned that they could remove the spot and especially in such a short time. When I picked it up at 5:30, the spot was GONE! I couldn't believe how good the white jacket looked. They have done nice cleaning for me in the past but this one was an exceptional outcome!
