This location has VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!! I don’t understand how everyone has nasty attitudes even the manager. You wait at the counter for 10 minutes before someone comes up there then when they do come they’re mad like it’s not their job to check us out. I will be going higher up to let the corporation know how this location makes the whole company look bad. So sad and pathetic let alone irritating.

The employees at the family dollar in beck St were extremely but EXTREMELY rude we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and attend us to checkout She also had the audacity to roll her eyes at me I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!

I am not sure what the manger’s name is that was on duty on 6-6-24 at store # 12389 on Beck Street in Bryan Texas but she is very rude, has no customer service and is always on the phone. She acted like she had a major problem when a customer asked her for help on returning an item and not to mention I am always in there because it’s close to where I live and yet every time I go in there she’s there and it’s the same negative vibe and SHE IS ALWAYS!!!! ON HER PHONE. Do something with please!!! Yep 🫡

They close their doors before they close. What’s the point in a closing time if you don’t even stay open until the closing time. I understand wanting to go home early, but if you want to do that then you need to work as a waitress.

One Worker is extremely rude and lazy will definitely not return to this store after being treated badly by this worker they need to make sure to hire better workers.

Nice feeling once you go in. Big and and there is a lot of items you usually don't find at other dollar stores (food wise). Overall it looks well organized and the employees are friendly and always helpful.

Just walked out of this store and the employees are extremely rude. They talked rude in front of the customer because the customer had a large bill that needed to be broken. Employee acted like it was such a big deal that they had to go to the safe to get change. Are they not paid for this job by the hour anyway? Extremely dissatisfied will not be back.
