Wouldn't let me drop off a package that already had a label. They said I had to get a receipt which is not how any mailing location works and of course there was a line of 6 people.

FedEx emailed me a label that I could attach to my package and it was ready to go. They are very quick and efficient in the their work.

This is the 2nd time i had to drive out there to fedex to make a complaint against a driver about my package, 1st complaint the driver said i refused my package but why am im calling 800 number and driveing all the way out to fedex to get my package i was waiting on, 2nd complaint my package said it was delivered but was not outside my door checked my camera and no fed drop off , walked outside my apartment around the corner. And there was my package sitiing infeont of a door that didnt even have a apartment on it thank god noone picked it , the manger wasnt rhere but was told he would be in an hr later she said ahe would have him call me but im still waiting on that phone call i should of went up there the next day if i would of known he wasnt gonna call we back what kind of business is this oh yea someone that doesnt care

Fast,friendly, and efficient. I just use it as a drop-off point for ups packages that I prepare myself ahead of time. That being the case I really can't speak to the quality of their other services.
