  Instructions state to bring package to house. 90% of the time it is left either by our rural mailbox or by our gate. Amazon and UPS don't have a problem driving up to our house so why can't FedEx. At least the driver today put it behind the gate so it could not be seen from the street which is better than the last delivery... read full comment

  Terrible terrible terrible delivery company. Every time they are unable to deliver my package. Nationwide, no live person is available to speak to for help. Automated voice is worthless. Automated text is worthless. Terrible service. Never use Fedex. Any other company company surely has to be better than Fedex.

  First package a few days ago. The MOST incompetent driver ever! My front gate is wide open and driver places supposedly somewhere near or by the entrance. Package is nowhere to be found. Now today my front gate again is wide open. I find my package approximately 10 ft inside of my property. I don't know how I saw... read full comment
