Put a tag on the gate next to my drive way . Never drove up the driveway. Took the picture with my house in the picture. Too lazy to drive up the driveway. Bryan location need to hire people who want to work. I called them and they said already made an attempt to deliver today can't do another one till tomorrow and the the driver is still in the area .

Instructions state to bring package to house. 90% of the time it is left either by our rural mailbox or by our gate. Amazon and UPS don't have a problem driving up to our house so why can't FedEx. At least the driver today put it behind the gate so it could not be seen from the street which is better than the last delivery - it was leaning against the mailbox just waiting for someone to steal it.

Apparently couldn’t find my address and is gonna make me wait 4 more days to fix my truck thanks hope all the starters in all your fed ex trucks go out and I hope y’all go out of business

$2,000 package delivered to the wrong house. 3 days and they still have not recovered my package. This is unacceptable. They know where we live, and we get fedex packages delivered often. Now because of some idiot driver, I take the hit on a very expensive order of life saving medication. I will be looking at legal options to sue the driver over this horrendous screw up. This cannot be allowed to happen.

Today was the third time that tha FedEx location in Bryan Texas says they tried to deliver a package to me but say I was not home to sign for the delivery of a package. I have a tracking map on my phone and the driver never came down my street. I tracked the driver to two streets over, he left there and drove back to Bryan saying I was not there. I was tracking him. This location in Bryan has the worst reputation for lying about delivering packages. Why doesn't the home office care about customers.

If I could rate this -5 stars I would. What kind of driver delays a shipment because the box is too heavy? I saw the guy, he wasn’t little, I am a 21 year old woman and could’ve took that package off the truck myself. Just lazy and has no regard for anybody else but themselves!
I hate FedEx and I will avoid them at all costs!
My driver was Howard, and Howard if you see this, you are the worst ever!

I had a scheduled appointment to have artwork delivered August 23 at 2pm. I took off from work and was home by 1:25 PM. An attempted delivery slip was on my door. I guess appointments mean nothing to FedEx ground services. You deserve a 1 rating for your poor customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. You cannot talk to anyone local. Had a package was supposed to be delivered Monday, now they are saying Thursday. They are telling me weather delay but I had another package delivered from the same place delivered today with no problem. 0 stars if I could. I will never order from anywhere again if they use fedex

Terrible terrible terrible delivery company. Every time they are unable to deliver my package. Nationwide, no live person is available to speak to for help. Automated voice is worthless. Automated text is worthless. Terrible service. Never use Fedex. Any other company company surely has to be better than Fedex.

I know they do not single me out, I feel like it. I drove one and a half hours round trip to pick up a package, 7 days after they called me and the package was not there. Another fail Fed Ex!!!
