Went in and asked if they did transmission fluid changes. He asked what make and model the car was I told him it was a jeep wrangler. I told him the symptoms my car was experiencing to which he replied “oh yeah you’re gonna need a whole new transmission” and referred me to a shop down the road. Im not a mechanic but have experience working on my own cars and had a feeling that was bs so I took it to my buddies shop instead but had to get it towed because it was slipping so bad. My buddy said it just needed transmission fluid and now I’m back on the roads. These guys are lazy they probably just didn’t want to check in another car for the day.

I must say I was highly satisfied with my experience with this establishment. I actually called last minute before closing time for a set of new tires and was not turned away. So if your a local or just passing through , go see Tyrone and the boys where great service is there priority.

I have been a customer at this location for at least 20 years. I have had several different vehicles over the years that we would bring in. Over the years and especially a visit at the beginning of this month the manager listen to me about the issues I was having with my car and was able to work me in. They found the issue, fixed it and even took a few extra minutes to do an oil change and replace a tire. These guys are great at what they do here. Thank you!

Went in to get brakes checked thinking i needed new brake pads. They checked and had 50% pad left. They reprogramed my tpms sensors. Wonderful service and saved me $100s, honesty is huge with me and they proved it!

This is my second time coming into Firestone for a lifetime front end alignment for two different vehicles. Both times were great experiences. This time I brought in a vehicle that I just purchased. I called to set an appointment and they got me in fairly quickly. The day of my appointment I arrived about 10-15 minutes early to my 9am appointment They got my vehicle in quickly and got it out quickly. I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours. I was out right before 10am.
Jose made me aware of an issue with the vehicle and gave me a quote to get it fixed. He was also honest with me and let me know the issue was very minor and was not a safety hazard. I very much appreciate the honesty.
