I wouldn't give any First Financial Bank any stars if I could. This is the worse bank ever. I requested them to close an account shortly after opening it in August. They said it would be closed with in about ten days. Bull crap! I have had no debit card or checks with this account. Somehow now I have an over drawn unauthorized balance. Tried to speak to someone last week about it all they did was laugh & say yeah. That was it.

Do not use this bank, they have no security. My account was hacked multiple times and they did nothing to help. The transaction don't show up so "there's nothing they can do". Conveniently I received a message from them warming about scams and hour after someone used my account to eat at a restaurant.
