Disappointing Experience with Flaming Bird by H-E-B DeliveryI had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Flaming Bird by H-E-B delivery. I called the restaurant to place my to-go order with Mike, who failed to ask for my name, leaving me skeptical if my order was even taken. Upon reaching the restaurant after a 20-minute drive, I was informed by another employee that several items were out of stock and that to go orders are not taken, forcing me to make an additional 20-minute trip back to my delivery hub area. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and inconvenience caused.
