From the moment I called about my damaged, Franks assured that my car would be taken car of with no problem and looking back to good as new....and that He did.. service was so fast his communication on the entire process was amazing..I definitely highly recommend any and everyone to use services with them.. Mike was rude, arrogant and sociopathic. I drive 15m to his place of work and he says I'm wasting his time trying to give him thousands for a car. I asked to see the title and the name i saw was John. So i asked if he was John and he refused to answer the question and instead calls off the sale. I feel bad for the workers.

I went to them for state inspection test, they said they don't do it, but they will check up the car to see if the car has any issue or not. I thought that they would give me a quote if something is wrong. Then they took the car and said few stuff to be changed. And asked me $20 for checking the car in 10 minutes max.It was shocking and sad because they didn't talk anything about money before touching the car.I asked them that do they do the same thing with others too? They said yes, $20 is the minimum they charge every time they touch a car.Service: Check engine light diagnostic

I've been a customer of Frank's Auto Body since 1994. They are highly reasonable and will work on what you ask them to. They assess your vehicle and let you know what's wrong and they provide good service. I've also purchased 5 vehicles from them throughout the years.
