I had such a great experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was able to peacefully browse through the store without having the staff follow me like at Ashley Furniture. Which is very annoying! But I loved the selection here at Furniture Row. Very affordable, and Jeremy helped me with my purchase. Such an easy process without feeling pressured. I can’t wait until my couch is delivered!

We walked in at 7:45 pm and walked out at 8 pm very satisfied customers. When Matthew greeted us, we told him what we were looking for, so he showed us what was available. We found exactly what we were looking for. Matthew provided excellent customer service with a great smile and a soothing accent that was barely noticeable. He did everything in record timing and we never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you Matthew, you should be in a commercial. Lol

Brandon and Matt were amazing, my wife and I came in looking for a couch for our new place. We left with the couch we wanted and our first purple mattress, very excited for them to arrive. We will definitely be back when our living space gets bigger, thank you for all the help and making sure we got what we wanted.
