"Ninja Forms Revision"- don't waste your time or money with this company! Ignorant customer service who thinks it's funny when you have a major issue with their tune. I don't trust or recommend them to anyone! As far as I'm concerned, they took $700 and mocked me for asking for a revision to fix a shifting problem and I'm convinced that they don't read datalogs and just rename the tune file and call it a "revision". My 2015 Taurus SHO drives great stock with smooth shifts; their auto octane tune had it slamming into gear and jerking the engine to the point where in the span of 4 months I broke 3 upper transmission mounts and 2 engine mounts. But they sure loved to downplay hard shifting as firm (which is a lazy excuse for a bad tuning issue) and treated me like garbage because they already got my money so why do they care! If you want your car to have a 50/50 chance of running right and like wasting money, do whatever you want. In the meantime I'll continue to have no issues stock and not deal with people who don't care and think it's funny when you have a problem because the customer is always wrong!
Update 10/28/24: was going to sell my SHO and was trying to private sale it. The guy asked to try my car tuned... drove it 4 blocks and couldn't stand the banging gears during shifting and the constant jerking of the engine. Drove fine stock and the guy wasn't interested and said it drove awful tuned. Ended up trading in the SHO with the stock tune file (threw my sct device in the trash) and bought a newer EcoBoost vehicle and if I were to tune it I wouldn't consider this company whatsoever because I prefer smooth/soft shifts and not annoying "firm"/hard buck shifts.

Have worked with Gearhead for tuning since 2017. Multiple vehicles. Every vehicle they have tuned for me runs top notch. I say enough about how much they helped me out in a tough spot and the amazing knowledge and response time anytime I have a question!

Picked up a tune for my 2018 Ford Expedition. Matt helped me get the tune perfectly dialed in to my vehicle through data logging and very prompt email responses. The best 10 speed transmission tuning I have experienced yet. Being a gearhead myself I am extremely picky about how my vehicles run, but Matt hit it out of the park. Can’t recommend enough for your eco boost application.
