Jay was extremely helpful and went out of the way to help me.I had called to find a supplement, but unfortunately it was out of stock. Jay looked around for me and let me know that it’ll come in next shipment, which is pretty standard.He then called me back a few hours later to let me know he was looking around for other supplements that were similar, which I greatly appreciated and wanted to share.

Very disappointed, first time a gnc has told me they will not price match with Amazon. Guess Amazon is where I will start shopping now. The employee lied to me on the reasoning they will not price match.

I went into this GNC for a weight loss/ meal replacement shake. The guy (can’t remember his name) was very helpful! He showed me cheaper and better options to help me reach my goal. Always had a great experience at this store.

I'm not sure about anyone else's experience but i absolutely love this GNC! The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly. They care about the customer and the customers satisfaction with the products. Often I come in and can ask questions about overall product composition and they are always very engaging and offer so much information even drawing from their own personal experiences with the products. There are times when I'm not sure if I'm ready to buy into a product and they've gone out of their way to give me a sample so I can try it at home.

This store probably goes through bag like crazy bc the girls are literally putting one item per bag. I get it that items like bread might need their own bag, but every other item? Not only that I had so many bags for my less than 30 items that the girls did not give me 2 of the things I paid for. Sad part is I didn't realize it until a couple days later bc I went shopping at 8pm and just wanted to put things away ASAP. Thanks heb, might as well call it stealing from your customers when your baggers don't give your customers all their paid for items, nor did either of them try to tell me as I was leaving or came to give it to me. I guess your store is not about being wasteful you know with all the one item one bag routine.

There are times when I'm not sure if I'm ready to buy into a product and they've gone out of their way to give me a sample so I can try it at home. Recently they have also begun to sample different products in store. I'm a person who likes to stick to the products I'm familiar with but I'm down to try a sample of just about anything. Especially a pre-workout .. since we all know the flavors of some can be a bit blech! Most of all I like the integrity of the staff. I've been to the other supplement stores in town and when ever I'm asked where I usually buy supplements all they do is trash their competition, which honestly speaks volumes about those companies and the culture they train and teach in their stores. When I switched over to GNC and began buying there I've mentioned on occasion where I previously have purchased a product and at what price and never once has an associate said a bad thing, a warning, or an unkind word about the other businesses in town. They are always friendly and offer me what they have and tell me the current deals and even try to price match. Sorry for the very long review but honestly, people go out of their way to spend time to write negative things and not often do we see enough positive. I'd like to let the management and staff at GNC BCS know that they're doing a very good job and have secured my business and I'll be telling and have been telling my friends and family all about them and their amazing service! Keep up the good work guys & gals!

Literally the worst establishment I've ever been to, wished I could give it 0 stars. The managers are STEALING form the store and are rude to their employees and bully them. They also regularly lie to the customers and sell them products based on what makes them the most commission of them. DO NOT shop here. None of them know what they are talking about as far as health and fitness goes and do NOT know how to help you with your fitness goals. The products aren't bad, IF you know what you need BEFORE going into the store. Don't listen to their recommendations its not in your best interests its to make THEM money. Your better off going to one of the two other supplement stores in town because at least at those the workers know about fitnesses being bodybuilders and can help you ACTUALLY reach your goals.

Not really into pills and supplement but I am a fan of great customer service. I stopped in on my lunchbreak just to took around. The guy on duty was friendly and highly knowledgeable about his products and the current promotion they were running. Will visit again.
