Worst experience ever! I took my son to get a haircut and the stylist didn’t seem too to know what she was doing. She asked if he had dandruff, then decided to wash his hair without drying it afterwards. To make matters worse , she claimed he had lice and refused to cut his hair unless we bought a product from the salon. He is Homeschooled where is he going to get Lice from.We left and got a second opinion from another salon, who confirmed that it was just dandruff. Never going back! I don’t recommend anyone coming here if I could put zero stars I would.

This is the great clips location I frequent the most because I live nearby. They also happen to be the best one in the region by far. They Butchered my hair at the Tejas center and made me good as new at this location later that day. Grace cut my hair. She was very very good. Highly recommend this location!

I resent that in the past four years I’ve gone through five stylist. Stop “Updating” Y’all’s interior and start trying to keep y’all’s employees from going to sports clips. All you Gotta do is pay them.

Ms Connie greeted me and did my hair cut. She was wonderful. She double and tripled check to see if I liked the length. She was so gentle and I will definitely be seeing her again!

I checked in online. I recieved a text when it was time to walk in. I enjoyed reading in the comfort of my car untill my appointment. It was a short wait. I was greeted w a smile and sweet hello. I asked for a layered hair cut and recieved what I asked for. The salon was calm, comfy and the stylist were all professional. My stylist was Haley and I would ask for her by name next time because I enjoyed talking to her and she cut my hair just the way I asked.Check out was quick.

Didn't bother to say hello when I walked in the door. There was no wait, but now I completely understand why, the stylist still had me sit and wait despite 3 stylists sitting around on their phones. Didn't even get the name of the person that called me over for my haircut, she never introduced herself simply told me to input any phone number. When I asked why, I was met with distasteful attitude. The stylist I received was inattentive and asked multiple times what I wanted done. After repeating my request 3 times I finally got my haircut. She did not trim my sideburns and completely forgot I had asked for a beard trim. After 30 seconds or so of gingerly playing at the edges of my beard it was clear she was untrained and lacked confidence. I stopped her payed and left.
All in all very displeased with service.

Got my Hair cut and layered at the colony park location on Bonneville the stylist that did mine was amazing .. I had her wash it 1st because I have really thick hair that is curly so hard to manage she did a great job with the layers and also had her thin it some very pleased and will ve going back to her ... the other ladies there were doing amazing jobs as well while I was there great atmosphere
Hair type: Thick curly and frizzy hard to manage
Stylist: Shaye was my stylist she was great will be going back

They don't know what they are doing. Completely messed up my hair. If I were to cut my hair by myself I would have done it better. Please hire people who know how to cut hair. Never in my life going back.
