“Initial CS email response was great when inquiring about sizing, as they delisted my sidearm due to sizing issues on some of their holsters(I didn't have an issue with fitment). CS email response to lost package was nonexistent. I also called multiple times and waited on hold 1x for 45min to get hung up on. Overall, I like the holster very much. Chose USPS because FedEx is horrible where I live. Unfortunately, it seems USPS in TX isn't all that great. I'd buy again, but please work on your customer communication.”

“Came in with my fiance for a class on handguns. Clint, the employee who worked with us, was professional and a great teacher. If you take your handgun 101 class, ask for Clint! He was amazing. My fiance had no prior experience with firearms and she even told me how his style of teaching made such a difference. I have shot pistols many times, but Clint was able to help me correct some deficiencies with my form, and boy, did I see results FAST. Great experience. I also did my concealed carry handgun class here. I can't say enough good things about this place!”
