No good. They don’t care about their customers. They used to. If you accidentally forget to fill a perscription and it’s the weekend they won’t help you out and give you loaner medication to get you through the weekend, they used to but now they will lie and say they can’t. Which I know is a lie because they have done it for me multiple times for the same medication. There’s plenty of other pharmacies that care more about their customers. I don’t recommend this pharmacy

The worst H-E-B Pharmacy location I have ever had to deal with.Always out of common medications. They don't notify patients ahead of time if the are out, so when you show up, that's when you find out you don't have every prescription you need.When you ask if they can transfer the missing prescription to another area H-E-B that they see has it in stock, they will tell you that YOU can call the other H-E-B yourself... even though they use the same system, and can have it transferred themselves. This has happened on two separate occasions.I been on the phone today for over an hour having to deal with my doctor's office and my new pharmacy because H-E-B incorrectly told my new pharmacy I only had a 1-month prescription, when the doctor prescribed a 3-month supply. So now I have to have the new pharmacy deal with my doctor again on getting me the other two months that should have come in the first place.The only reason I was made aware of all this was because my doctor's office called confused as to why is this H-E-B pharmacy is still submitting prior authorization requests to fill this prescription, when it's been transferred to the new pharmacy by H-E-B.Another time, they told me it was going to be a two-day wait for a medication that is pretty important, when I brought up that they have some serious issues about their system, I got told they found the medication in a storage closet and could fill it in 20 mins. It went from a two-day wait to actually having it because they happened upon it in a closet!How does a pharmacy not know what it has in their possession?!
