After having issues trying to file on my own as I usually do I decided to go see someone in person so I scheduled from my block app and went in . The girl I was scheduled to see had 0 years experience according to my app, no problem we have all been new and she was very nice. However, she did ask for help from a coworker of hers names MaryAnn I believe (maybe MaryBeth?) who was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was having issues finding some things I needed to file and she raised her voice at me several times telling me I was on the website instead of on the MyBlock app when I was in fact on the MyBlock app and showed her and she kept talking over me and not letting me speak. She told the girl who was supposed to be helping me that she had her own appointment and couldn’t help then walked out. Would not recommend and unfortunately I will never be returning there after my experience with that lady. Not once did I get loud or say anything rude to her so I’m unsure why she treated me this way. Every single other person in there was very nice and helpful though just beware of MaryAnn(Beth)
