I went to get a quote for a tune up on my lawnmower (clean carburetor, sharpen blades) so I dropped it off with them to inspect. They sent me a quote a few weeks later via text and I was called shortly after saying the quote was actually 10% more than what they sent me. I asked why it would need to be marked up and the woman on the phone said that it was just the way they do business.
I needed a few days to think it over as it was nearly $200 for basic servicing. I called back a few days later and the person on the phone led me to believe that this was not an accurate quote and that it would more than likely be over $200. I asked why and the woman couldn’t give me an answer. The most she could say is that it was just going to be that way.
You can’t trust a company that can’t stand behind their original quote (especially when they increase the total every time you talk to them.)

The owner goes above and beyond to ensure you get the right parts for your mower. They are extremely professional, and genuinely good people—I highly recommend them. When my Bad Boy mower needed a repair part, they were able to order it at a lower cost and delivered it to me promptly. I truly appreciate their assistance and will definitely be using their services in the future.

Purchased a Toro zero turn. Staff was friendly and did an excellent job helping me pick the right model for my needs. Delivered it to my house the next day and took the time to show me the basic operation of the mower. Would definitely recommend.

Robert & Co. at Ike's went above and beyond to help me with an unfortunate situation where an unexpected powerplant expired, with extremely low hours, but he went to bat and got the engine MFG (Kohler Engines) to step up and make it right. And to note, this unit was not purchased new at their dealership. This speaks volumes of their service standards and commitment to customers. I'm grateful. Thank you guys. We will definitely be driving an hour + to get our small engine equipment at Ike's.

Just purchased a SCAG Zero-Turn and Echo Line Trimmer - both are AWESOME! I purchased from Ike's because of their track record of outstanding products and quality service.

Customer service is a joke. I called to see if they can install a tire on a mower rim. They basically told me to go somewhere else. They didn't want fool around with couple of mower tires. Awful business model.
