5 star review for Mona in the paint department! She was so patient with me and my contractor and went way above and beyond to do math calculations to get the right paint color for me after I gave an incorrect paint formula. I’m so thankful for her expertise!

I walked by 6 employees before I meet Barbara the 7th employee there. She was wonderful service, blurry kind and generous to stop what she was doin to help me . Vs other employees la li gaggin in the front acting as if no one needs help . And when I tried to ask for help they ignored me . When getting cashier they all of a sudden quit workin.. then we move to another line and April the cashier was la li gaggin for a quiet 3 minutes literally with a customer that had only 2 separate items ... Some of the worst cashiers are the young people and registers . Vs . Employees like Barbara which I approved her for those 5 stars. They all that I said need to be more less interactive with themselves and more interactive with customers .. 6 EMPLOYEES WERE ALL JUST CHIT CHATTING SAYING THEY ARE BUSY .. Barbara alone got the 5 stars .

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION/STORE. Save yourself trouble, time and a headache by going to Mccoy's or home depot if you need building materials delivered.
I had ordered material for a 10x12 shed, and the first time they delivered the material, the sheathing and siding was damaged on arrival, and they didn't even bother loading up all the materials and claimed it was all there. After playing phone tag with the pro service desk, and explaining the situation they sent a truck out to pick up the material and drop the replacement off.
Again this material was damaged, except this time not all of it, just the bottom pieces of sheathing. We used what we could, and called lowes back and scheduled pick up for the damaged pieces, and verified if they could also pick up any extra pieces we had left over with the same truck.
They agreed, however upon picking up the material and arriving back to the store, they stated they could not give a refund on the sheathing bc it was too damaged to resell it, even though I had already told them it arrived damaged.
This location is crap, and they do not know how to do their job without causing undue stress and complications for the customer. They essentially stole money from me, and no telling how many others.
