We purchased a Samsung fridge during their New Year special and were delivered a LEMON. Tried reaching out to Samsung after it stopped working just short of a week after delivery to no avail. After trying to schedule a repair, I decided Lowes ought to replace the damn lemon they gave me. Their store associate reached out (he was super helpful to us and did his best) and the superiors DENIED IT. While we were still within the 30 days window after delivery. Unbelievable.

This specific Lowes on Freedom Blvd in college station has a new policy to only cut plywood. No other wood type whatsoever. This is against the general Lowe’s wood cutting policy. Will never shop at this Lowe’s ever again.

Prices are inflated on a lot of items. Waited on hold for 36min with no answer. If it wasn't for the helpful Vets in the camo vests, I'd say try online or Home Depot. Just my opinion.

Don't order any appliances unless you get a true delivery date to the store. The oven I ordered was damaged and returned with issues, I ordered another one, and since it was a special order, which didn't say on the app, it took almost a month to get it! The whole process was a nightmare and will never order an appliance online from Lowe's. I will try to find something from a local merchant. They don't carry everyday ovens onsite, only ovens that are $699 and above in price. I just wanted a plain Jane oven, not some fancy overpriced one. Need it today, not a month later!!

UpdateAs directed I called the given number to Lowes customer service. They informed me that the claim was closed and they had this location open another claim. I was supposed to get a call within 72hrs, didn't. I gave them 2 weeks to call or sort the situation out. No outcome. I called both Lowes customer service and this location to figure out what is going on. Lowes customer service told me that the only people who can do anything is local store. Local store has no solution. I have now spent over 2 hours on the phone this go round without a solution or even a path to a solution. Incompetence.This is mostly in regards to deliveries.Placed an order for a vanity that was about 2500. The 3rd party that lowes hired to deliver the vanity damaged the vanity beyond use. After damaging the vanity, they had to pick it up in order to complete the return. During this process, they damaged about 5k in brand new flooring along with damaging walls. I am now at 6 months from this incident and the answer from this Lowes is that they are not at all involved and that the 3rd party they hired shows the issue as resolved. I have called and left about 20 voicemails over the last 6 months. No return call, nothing. Lowes employees continue to have no solution other than to attempt to interact with the 3rd party. Insane

Wow… I like Lowe’s but this Lowe’s is really gone down hill. Save yourself some time and drive to the College Station Lowe’s. Every time I come here I wait over an hour if I need a forklift operator and rarely if ever do they have a pickup order ready when it says it’s supposed to be. It’s like the whole store had a bad attitude. Just save yourself a headache and go to Home Depot or college station.

Today makes 5 weeks that my freezer has not been fixed with a 3 year warranty. Talked to manger today about issues with warranty, he seemed not to care. He told me it pretty much is not his problem. I left very frustrated. Think about it, 5 weeks & nothing fixed, that’s just unacceptable in my opinion.
