Amazing place. Had a special order door come in that was not made the way I wanted it. No problem. They ordered me a new one right away & had it to me in less that a week. Prices are hundreds less on windows & doors that other places in town.

We ordered a cuatrom door from McCoys . McCoys gave us the wrong door that was the wrong size wrong color, and they wouldn’t refund us for the door.

I can usually find what I need here so that's a big plus. But the people that work here are the absolute BEST! They are friendly and professional, and they treat me like I matter - even when I go in and ask about a tool that I only think I know what the name of it is.
It's got the feel of some of the old lumber shops from 40 and 50 years ago - everyone and everything matters. How can you beat that?

I usually don’t have any problems at this store. Most of the staff are decent and helpful. But today, I had the unfortunate experience of asking Rylee for help. Big mistake. His condescending attitude made it feel like I was an idiot for even asking a simple question. If you enjoy being talked down to and made to feel unwelcome, he’s your guy. Sure, he showed me the product — but with that kind of smug, dismissive energy, I would’ve rather walked out empty-handed. Customer service like that is exactly how you lose loyal customers.

1 star For your attitude kiddo. Look ...if you don't know about A area ,ask for help, no need to give the customers attitude when Me That GOT NO CLUE about plumbing is telling you that not what I need... you, bouncing, guessing what you are looking for ain't gonna cut it.. we try to shop local but yal GOT NO RESPECT towards customer.. the Scottish gentleman ended up helping me out. The 22 YRS old white boy they got in there working( playing with his nails.. you are a JOKE.
