My husband went in today, 4-7-25, at noon. Maria was working. She DOES NOT speak English. She was the only one there. As a result, it took him 5 (FIVE) hours to get it fixed after being sent all over town. This is NOT in a spanish neighborhood. TOTALLY unprofessional.

Thanks to Alonzo Cuvantes for helping with some short cuts on my new iPhone 16 Pro Max that I bought at another store. He didn't have to help me because I bought it at a different T-Mobile store, but Alonzo working for Metro went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer.

This store is terrible. My girlfriend went in there to simply try to redeem a cup for her and her son from the T-Mobile Tuesday and they wouldn't redeem the one for our son because his phone is broken then insulted my girlfriend by calling her a Karen in Spanish. Very rude and would not tolerate this in any store.

Am very disappointed 😔☹️
Alyssa was very nice and kind. I was desperate for a phone. Bryan doesn't have many choices as Houston. But the phone I received for my coins was ridiculous. The phone showed for $84 and I was told total cost was $138. The phone was a 4g and that means I had to downgrade. Not right. I came for an upgrade grade and I had the phone over 6 years. My upgrade went downhill. I end up paying $120. I asked Alyssa did they give receipts and she said only the one from the card machine. I was not able to see the taxes. My phone cut off, apps black out and the service not good. Am very disappointed ☹️😞 shame on you guys..

Store sales person CARLA is VERY DISRESPECT !! She is desperate for sales that she ticked a customer into paying a phone he didn't need then threatened to call the police because he wanted his money back BENFORE he even left the store.
