Came here for the first time to get an oil change on my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT. I always use mobile one products and a few times I have gone to a few of the competitors but figured I'd get a better price coming right to the source. It was around $100 and it was the upgraded super synthetic not just the full synthetic that I normally use.
Anyhow the guys were extremely fast, polite, and respectful, if It was 10 minutes id be surprised.
One thing the guys did that I really appreciated, was they shouted out when the oil was filled and with how much and then they also shouted out when the filter was removed then installed.
I also asked him not to touch anything except for the oil I didn't need air filter wiper blades anything and they were respectful and not pushy.

My wife got an oil change there and a couple of weeks later her car started making weird noises so I looked inder the car and saw that the cover was hanging so i took it to them and the just so happen to have the exact ones in the tool box ,so i drove off and the noise came back.So I took it to the Infiniti dealership and I was informed that whoever did my oil change didnt have the right tool so they had to remove the exhaust and didn’t put it back properly,and it worked its way off, they put it back on and closed it up properly.I had to pay $216 for labor and these people would not admit their mistake even after talking to the service manager at the dealership,needless to say o want be taking anything back to them

Had some good experiences and a few bad, definitely not how they used to be. Got an oil change there and my car had a slow leak by Saturday my car had no oil and I couldn’t drive my car. I called to talk to the manager about the issue and he stated that sometimes the caps crack in the cold, when it wasn’t cold when they did my oil change. He stated they could put a metal cap on it, I called back to change the time since I was at work. He then tries to accuse me of doing something to my car, when it was their fault. He proceeds to tell me that they can’t clean the oil from my car and so on. My Sons Father goes by to speak up for me and their tune changed. Won’t go back again.
