An absolutely wonderful experience! I was apprehensive about leaving my belongings in a storage, but Krystal and Kathryn were AMAZING from the first phone call! They each went above and beyond to answer all my questions, were always available when I called, and it is because of them and the groundskeeper that this location is very well maintained. I had no issues whatsoever with my belongings when I moved them out after a month and a half. One word of advice, if you're reserving online, and prefer an air conditioned unit, make sure you select carefully. It was probably just the stress from my moving process, but I accidentally selected climate controlled thinking this was the air conditioned unit. Despite my own mishap, the climate controlled unit was immaculate, insect-free (which i was the most nervous about), very secure, and a great price. I would definitely recommend this location.

Friendliest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Very helpful, and made me feel like a member of their as soon as I walked in the front door.
